Sri Lanka salary slip format
A useful payslip separates earnings, employee deductions, net pay and employer-funded contributions. APIT applies to taxable employment income. Employee EPF is normally 8% of eligible total monthly earnings, while the employer contributes 12% EPF and 3% ETF.

A clear payslip should identify the employer, employee and pay period, then show gross earnings, APIT or PAYE, employee EPF, any other deductions, net pay, and the employer's EPF and ETF contributions.

Does MyPayslip.lk store employee or company names?
No. Names, identifiers and salary figures entered in the generator remain in the browser and are not submitted to MyPayslip.lk.
Are allowances included for EPF and ETF in Sri Lanka?
Official EPF and ETF total-earnings definitions include salary and specified allowances. Use the contribution-eligible earnings shown by payroll when excluded or unusual payments make that amount differ from gross earnings.
